Palos Verdes asbestos on HVAC
I was inspecting a home in Palos Verdes and took this image of what turned out to be asbestos. I was pretty sure that it was asbestos, but asbestos can only be confirmed by a lab test. The lab test was positive. Palos Verdes asbestos testing sometimes is not the original goal, but is discovered during a home inspection. Now asbestos can be abated in a variety of ways, and this should definitly be abated because the asbestos can easily come of the HVAC duct work and become air bourne.
